The top favorite Amaury Paquet achieved a historic hat-trick in 1 hour and 15 seconds

By crossing the finish line of the 20km of Brussels on May 28th, the top favorite Amaury Paquet achieved a historic hat-trick in 1:00:15, averaging over 20 km/h! He also proudly represented the “Heart Heroes” campaign as an ambassador for the project, raising awareness about the risks of cardiac incidents in amateur sports.

Following Amaury, Nicolas Schyns and Daniel Fagi, two other “Heart Heroes” ambassadors, secured second and sixth places.

In a touching and symbolic moment, right after crossing the finish line, Amaury Paquet turned back to join a team of the “Tous à Bord” association, which focuses on integrating individuals with disabilities through sports. The victorious athlete from Herve even took control of the joëlette to cross the finish line.
