We process your personal data for the sole purpose of carrying out the Foundation’s missions, the main aim of which is to select athletes who will receive financial support as part of their sporting achievements (legitimate interest).

surname, first name, profession, email address, telephone number (mobile) and fax number, nationality, identity card, national registration number, bank details, date of birth, language preference, specific interests, sector of activity, etc.
Image or photograph if applicable
This personal data will not be processed in a separate database. This personal data forms part of the files that are processed in our system.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Only members of the Foundation have access to your personal data.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You have the right to give or withdraw your consent to the processing and exchange of your data.
If you give your consent today for your data to be collected and processed in your file, you can always withdraw your consent later. In this case, we will explain how your data will be deleted from your file. You have the right to be informed about the purposes for which your data is processed and who has access to your data.
You have the right to ask what information about you has been recorded and – if necessary, where certain information is incorrect – to rectify it.

We process your personal data for as long as is necessary to carry out the Foundation’s tasks. If your application is unsuccessful, we will not retain your personal data.
